Back At it

Ok - SO I am going to try and post more than once a year :). I am excited for all the changes that have been happening. For today, I will talk about CrossFit Kids. I went to Dallas a few weeks ago and got my cert. I have to say that it was the best cert that I have attened to date. And there are still a few more on my wish list. It really convicted me to think about what example I am setting for my kids with the food that I am eating and what I am allowing them to eat. I tried for a while (a week) to get them to eat eggs in the morning but they still wanted the waffles and sausage pancake on a stick. I'm on a journey to find better breakfast options for myself and my kids.......Wish me luck!!
